PLEASE NOTE:

All orders are usually shipped within 2 business days.
We are not responsible for longer than usual shipping time with Ground/First Class Shipping as it is out of our control. It may sometimes take up to 3-4 weeks. Customers wanting to receive items sooner, please choose Priority Mail or faster more reliable service.

ALL "RETURN TO SENDER" ORDER due to receiver's unavailability or wrong addresses/info on the order will incur a restocking fee of 10%. Shipping fee is not refundable. We are not responsible in contacting the carrier for these reasons.

US ORDERS

USPS Ground Advantage $5 for orders below $75

US orders over $75 qualify for free USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE shipping (usually 4-7 business days but it may take longer upto 3-4 weeks)

Customer may choose to have the order shipped Priority Mail (2-3 days).

1-2 Items: $8.00

3-4 Items: $13.00

5-6 Items : $20.00

JAPAN ORDERS

Free USPS FIRST CLASS shipping is offered for all orders over $300.

Customer may choose to have the order shipped with various methods.

USPS First Class : 15-21 Days with minimal tracking

USPS Priority Mail : 6-10 Days with tracking

DHL Express : 3-5 Days with tracking

ALL DUTIES AND TAX INCURRED ARE PAYABLE BY THE

CUSTOMERS.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR GROUND/ FIRST CLASS PACKAGES TAKING LONGER THAN NORMAL. IT MAY TAKE UP TO 4 WEEKS.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Free USPS FIRST CLASS shipping is offered for all orders over $300.

Othrwise, all orders are shipped via DHL Express (2-4 days) or UPS Express (3-5 days) only.

1 Item: $40-55.00 (except for Hats)

2 Items: $60-70.00

more than 2 Items : $80.00 (Hats will be shipped with this rate)

ALL DUTIES AND TAX INCURRED ARE PAYABLE BY THE

CUSTOMERS. ALL RETURNED TO SENDER ORDERS DUE TO UNAVAILABILITY OF THE RECEIVER OR WRONT ADDRESS/INFO ON THE ORDER INCUR 10% RESTOCKING FEE.

All returns require a prior authorizations via email.

Item needs to be mailed back within 15 days of purchase (or within 7 days of email approval).

Customers are responsible for the return postage.

Original order shipping charge is also not refundable.
